Step 1. Register your Scout

Register

Click the button and complete the online application process with National BSA.

The registration fee must be paid at the end of this process to complete the registration.

Step 2. Pack Registration Fee

Pack Dues

Pack registration fee of $55 will cover program expenses for your scout's first year at the local unit level.

​

The pack will provide all new scouts upon joining:​

  • A Pack 12 "Class B" T-Shirt

  • A patch set for your scout's "Class A" Uniform with all needed patches

Step 3. Scout Recruiter (optional)

If another scout played a role in decision to join, please let us know their name so we can give them the recognition they deserve for helping along the way. We're excited to have you with us!

Step 4. Uniform and Book

Each scout will need a book and uniform with the proper rank throughout scouting.  The uniform changes as your child progresses on the scouting trail.

Know your Scout's rank (based on current or going into grade):

Kindergarten - Lion

1st Grade - Tiger

2nd Grade - Wolf

3rd Grade - Bear

4th Grade - Webelos

5th Grade - Arrow of Light (AOL)

6th and above would be joining the older Scouting Unit Troop 1 (girls and boys) or Troop 3 (boys).​

​Your Scout will need

Uniform

  • Lions - T-Shirt Only​

  • Tiger - Bear - Blue Uniform

  • Webelos & AOL - Tan Uniform

  • Scout Pants (Blue for blue uniform, Green for Tan uniform)

  • Scout Hat with correct rank

  • Neckerchief with slide with correct rank

  • Scout Belt - (Blue belt for blue uniform, Green for Tan uniform)

  • Scout Socks - (Blue for blue uniform, Green for Tan uniform)

  • Book for the correct rank (new book will need to be purchased for each year)

​Uniform will need to last many years.  Recommend oversizing uniform to provide room for growth

​

1st - 5th Grade - A patch set will be provided by the pack with all needed patches​​
